Our app (“the App”) connects your Shopify store with e-Boekhouden.nl. For this purpose, we only process the data necessary to enable this connection.
Data processed may include:
Order data (order ID, products, amounts, date)
Customer data (name, email address, address)
Shop data (Shopify store ID, email address)
We do not process payment details, passwords, or sensitive personal data (such as social security numbers or credit card information).
3. Purposes of processing
We use the data solely for the following purpose:
Synchronizing order data from your Shopify store to e-Boekhouden.nl.
Data is not used for marketing, analytics, or other commercial purposes.
Note: Online Origins is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the data processed or forwarded through the App. You are solely responsible for verifying the data in your accounting system. Our role is limited to facilitating the technical transfer.
4. Legal basis
We process this data based on:
Consent: you provide consent by actively agreeing to our terms and conditions when activating the app.
Performance of a contract: the integration provides a service that requires processing data.
5. Retention period
Data is only retained:
As long as you actively use the app.
Up to 30 days after removing the app, unless otherwise required by law.
You may request earlier deletion via info@onlineorigins.nl.
6. Sharing with third parties
We only share your data with:
e-Boekhouden.nl, to process your order data in their system.
Supabase, as a secure hosting environment for temporary storage and synchronization.
Data processing agreements are in place with these parties in accordance with the GDPR.
7. Data security
We take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized modification. These include:
Data encryption (during transfer and storage)
Access restriction through Row Level Security
Logging and monitoring of data access

You have the right to:
Access, correct, or delete your data
Withdraw your consent
File a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl)

10. Liability and responsibility
Online Origins acts as a data processor under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You remain the data controller for the data processed or transferred via our App.
Although we take appropriate security measures and develop and maintain the App with care, we cannot guarantee that data will always be transferred or processed correctly. Online Origins is not liable for:
Errors or incomplete transferred data
Damage caused by incorrect bookings or reports in e-Boekhouden.nl
Data loss or corruption
Incorrect interpretation or processing of data by the user
You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of your administration and for promptly identifying and correcting errors.
