The contractor does not want your volume table. They want “those taps, different mix, price this job.” You open a draft order, retype SKUs, email the invoice. Fine for three accounts. The fourth arrives in three channels with half a part list.
A Shopify B2B quote request form is the RFQ on your storefront: company, project, notes, products or collections. You review it in the app. Discount or shipping goes on before you send it back. Not a second shop. Not “Shopify Plus B2B but cheaper.”
OO - EU B2B & Wholesale lists Quote request (RFQ) and AI Formulas for quotes on Growth. We already covered where the theme app blocks live. This piece is the form you put on `/pages/quote`.
Drafts, invoices, Plus companies — all real. What most shops lack is a page where the buyer names SKUs and a project, and you see that as a request, with an address check before it hits the inbox.
A theme contact form has no grid. A draft you type *is* a quote, but the buyer never starts it.
They can check out at the live price. They cannot ask “price this mix first” without you becoming the copy-paste layer.
Email and chat. PDF of SKUs. You search. Wrong variant. No VIES.
You as a full-time drafter. Works until thirty RFQs a week.
Registration form as a fake quote. Registration forms onboard a customer and company. They do not hold a job’s tap list.
The missing path: Growth quote module, block on a page, queue in the app, optional Flow mail to the team.
OO - EU B2B & Wholesale is Built for Shopify (5.0 from 34 reviews). Live listing, USD:
Free — one custom pricing rule, one registration form plus approve/reject; no caps on development stores
Starter $22/month or $220/year (17% off) — unlimited custom and volume, company blocks, unlimited registration forms, EU Tax exemption (VIES + logs), tax display incl/excl, login to see prices
Growth $37/month or $370/year — Starter plus bulk forms, draft checkout, repeat order, quote request (RFQ), AI Formulas for quotes, order limits, wholesale cart
14-day trial on Starter and Growth. It does not replace Shopify Plus B2B / Companies.
What is included: Quote requests sit under Order management with order limits and the wholesale cart. Growth (and founder accounts). Turn the module on at the hub before you expect it on the storefront.
Quote is a theme block on a template, not the shared embed. Embed covers prices, tax display, login-to-see-prices, order limits. Blocks cover registration, bulk, quote, wholesale cart. Finish setup on the card. Changing theme keeps app config; you still add the block again.
Company, project, notes. Products or collections so the request has SKUs instead of “the taps from last time.” Open submissions in the app. Review. Add discount or shipping, then send the proposal back.
Optional Flow template that emails the team. Import, set the recipient, enable — same idea as registration Flows, aimed at quotes.
Address check: block, warn, or allow. Block keeps junk out. Allow is looser for a billing address that is not the job site.
Listing also has AI Formulas for quotes on Growth. Treat them as helpers on the form. You still review.
Wholesale tags and net prices already exist. A contractor without a contract wants forty taps, three types, delivered to site.
Growth on. Order management → Quote requests on. Form: company, project name, notes, taps collection (not eighty hand-picked products).
Theme editor: `/pages/quote`, template, Quote request block, Save. Menu label “Request a quote”.
Address check on warn.
Flow mail to purchasing@.
Test as that contractor, not as admin. Login to see prices is Starter and separate from RFQ.
In the app: open, add a break or shipping, send. Real order later.
Do not mix this with Use draft order logic in Tax Exempt (VIES checkout). Bulk-form draft checkout is Growth self-serve at net price. RFQ is the step before the mix fits a form.
Listing — RFQ is $37/month (Growth).
Hub: Order management → Quote requests. Module map.
Form + products/collections. Block on a page. Finish setup.
Optional Flow. Pick an address mode.
Incognito as a B2B customer. Review. Send one real trial quote.
If it is not in the menu, the buyer will not find it.
Registration stays a separate module: apply, approve, customer + company. Quote is for a job that already knows (or is about to know) SKUs. Do not stuff a full catalog into one RFQ if a Growth bulk form already covers repeat stock orders — RFQ is the exception mix.
Company price lists and volume tables still live under B2B pricing. The quote can sit on top: you add a discount on the request without rewriting the list. Order limits (MOQ / max / weight) are Growth too but ride the embed, not this block.
A Shopify B2B quote request form is Growth RFQ, not a contact widget and not a human draft factory. Form, block, review, then discount or shipping. Address check is yours to set. Native Shopify still knows drafts — you stop retyping the SKUs.
Add the block in OO - EU B2B & Wholesale. The contractor fills the job. You open the request. The mix matches.
