A print shop sells A6, A5, and A4 flyers at €0.40 / €0.70 / €1.10 retail. The agency account pays €0.35 for any size on the wholesale sheet. Not “35% off whatever is on the product”. Not a cell per SKU. One number.
That number is a Shopify fixed wholesale price all products rule inside OO - EU B2B & Wholesale. On the bulk form you choose *Apply fixed price to all products*. Every included product and every variant takes that unit price. The Shopify catalog does not move.
The percentage article from two days ago is the opposite lever: the net tracks retail. Use this one when retail is allowed to drift and the contract is a flat net. Skip it when XL must cost more than S.
A compare-at price rewrites the product page. An automatic discount tagged “wholesale” also hits the collection grid if the tag leaks. Shopify Plus catalogs are a different product — do not claim this app replaces them.
Typical detours:
A second price column in a sheet, imported, then forgotten when retail changes. The agency still pays last year’s nets.
A percentage, because it felt faster. Retail already encodes size. The percentage re-encodes size. The contract said “every flyer is €0.35”.
Flattening every Shopify price to €0.35 so B2B “just works”. Consumers then see €0.35 too.
None of those give you: retail catalog untouched, logged-in buyer sees one net on the form, variants included.
Bulk forms sit on Growth ($37/month, or $370/year). Free: one custom pricing rule and one registration form. Starter ($22/month): unlimited custom/volume pricing, EU tax exemption, login to see prices — still no bulk forms. Built for Shopify, 5.0, 34 reviews. Billed in USD. 14-day trial on paid plans.
How to apply a fixed price to all products is short on purpose.
Use it when every product in the form shares a wholesale price, you want a fast setup, or the price must not depend on product or variant.
Path: Bulk order forms → open the form → Pricing → *Apply fixed price to all products* → enter the amount. That amount hits all selected products and all variants in the form. Save. Keep the form enabled. Confirm the products still appear.
Four rules from the same page:
The fixed price overrides individual product prices in that form.
It applies only inside this bulk form.
Shopify’s original product prices stay unchanged.
The same fixed price applies to every variant.
How B2B pricing works: a customer sees one form. Other forms do not stack. Inside a form you pick one method — individual prices, one fixed price, or a percentage. A percentage in the same form wins over fixed. Do not mix them.
Docs also say: keep this for simple wholesale catalogs; do not combine fixed with individual prices in one form; always test as a logged-in customer.
Four misses, again from the fixed-price article:
the form is disabled
the customer cannot see the form
another form with higher priority is shown
the product is not in the form
Visibility is the usual culprit. Tag, specific customer, or logged-in-only — without a match there is no sheet, so there is no €0.35. Customer tags and login covers who sees which form.
At checkout keep *Validate custom prices on the server* on (Bulk forms → Design & settings). Draft checkout recalculates the unit price. The app embed on the live theme must be on, or the draft script never loads. Do not also enable *Use draft order logic* under Tax Exempt; that VAT path is separate.
Shop “Press Room”. Consumers pay by format. The retained agency may order the wholesale collection at €0.35 a piece, any size.
Install OO - EU B2B & Wholesale. You need Growth for bulk forms.
New form, or the agency’s existing sheet. Products: collection “Trade flyers”. Leave the €18 poster out — it would become €0.35 too.
Pricing → *Apply fixed price to all products* → `0.35`. No individual rows beside it. No 10% in the same form.
Visibility: tag `agency_net`. Do not reuse that tag on a second form.
Save, enable, embed on. Log in as that buyer. Staff view will lie.
A6 and A4 both show €0.35. That is the point. If A4 must cost more, switch strategy: individual prices, or a second form.
The consumer product page still shows €0.40 / €0.70 / €1.10. The agency sees the net on the form and on the draft checkout. Catalog untouched.
Open the listing. Confirm Growth. Starter will not grow a bulk form.
Build or open the form. Include only SKUs that share the net.
Pricing → fixed price. One number. No mix.
Point visibility at the right tag or customer. Enable. Embed on.
Sign in as that buyer. Add three products and two variants. Cart and draft checkout must match. Then raise one Shopify price: the form must not follow. If it does, a percentage is still attached.
A Shopify fixed wholesale price all products rule is one amount on one sheet, variants included, catalog left alone. Use it when the contract is flat. Do not use it when size, finish, or the premium SKU must stay expensive — that is a different method, not a broken toggle.
Set it in OO - EU B2B & Wholesale. The buyer types quantities. You maintain one number.
