Let wholesale buyers repeat a Shopify bulk order

Same forty SKUs, new quantities, every Monday. The buyer already knows the sheet. Making them type it again is how wholesale feels like retail. Shopify wholesale repeat a bulk order is the Growth control that reloads a previous bulk order so they only edit.

OO - EU B2B & Wholesale puts that under Repeat orders. Docs: Apps → B2B & Wholesale → B2B pricing → Open bulk forms → Repeat orders. Bulk forms are Growth; repeat lives on that module. Off means the storefront has no repeat action.

Listing (1 Nov 2026): Built for Shopify, 5.0 from 34 reviews. Free: one pricing rule, one registration form. Starter $22/mo or $220/year. Growth $37/mo or $370/year: bulk forms, draft checkout, repeat order, RFQ, order limits, wholesale cart. 14-day trial on paid plans. USD.

Related: quantity breaks on the product page. That is volume pricing on the PDP. This is reordering from the bulk form.

Shopify’s order history is not a wholesale grid

A past order is a receipt. It does not reopen a sheet with stock, SKU search, and the B2B unit price from the form that customer is allowed to see. Admin draft orders are your labour.

Workarounds that still waste time:

Bookmark `/pages/wholesale`. Fast URL, empty rows. Bulk page vs product page is about placement, not repeat.

CSV from last month. Breaks the moment the form’s percentage or individual prices change. Repeat orders prices from the form this customer may see, with the same draft-order price check as a normal bulk checkout.

Shopify “buy again”. Catalog price comes back. Tag or form pricing does not.

What the Repeat orders article actually configures

Repeat orders:

  1. Open Repeat orders.

  2. Turn on. Leave it off and buyers never see the action.

Toggles:

  • Show stock while they rebuild.

  • Search function, then optional Search SKU and Search barcode.

  • Repeat order button function: Shopping cart or Check-out after confirm.

The B2B price still comes from the matching bulk form. Checkout uses the same draft-order price check. Do not invent a second price engine.

You still need an enabled form, products, visibility, and the theme block. Create a bulk order form is the prerequisite. Each customer sees one form (priority rules). If their tag moved, the repeat price follows the new match.

A café account that orders coffee every week

Roastery on Growth. One form, tag `Wholesale_Cafe`, collection “Hospitality”, percentage on the form. Repeat on. Stock on. SKU search on. Button to checkout — these buyers know the counts.

Café De Pijp ordered 12× Blend A and 6× Decaf. Next week they bump Decaf to 8. A single-origin with qty 2 shows on the sheet before the draft. Unit price is the form price, not the PDP.

Test as that customer. Admins often see the wrong form.

Send the button to cart if the wholesale cart still needs a PO number or a fee (extra cart fields). Send it to checkout if the grid is the whole order.

What it is not. Not Shopify’s native buy-again on the order status page. Not RFQ. Not quantity breaks on the PDP. Not a second bulk form “for regulars”. One form, visibility, Repeat on.

Stock. Show stock displays what Shopify currently holds while they edit qty. It does not reserve until draft/checkout. A SKU that sells out mid-repeat is operations, not a bug. Hide stock if the sheet must stay short and you accept surprises.

Search. At 200 lines, Search SKU is how a buyer finds `88A` without scrolling. Barcode search helps warehouse scans. At 15 SKUs you can leave search off; it is optional.

Draft check. Checkout uses the same draft-order price check as a normal bulk order. If you cut the form from 10% to 8% between Mondays, the repeat pays 8%. That matches “price comes from the form they may see”. Tell regulars when the percentage moves.

Repeat is not on Starter. Unlimited volume pricing on the PDP does not rebuild last week’s grid. Growth is the switch. Development stores: Free has no caps there for the one pricing rule / one form — useful to place the block — but Repeat needs Growth modules (use the Growth trial).

If several forms could match, priority still picks one. A customer whose tag changed since last month repeats against the *new* form. That is visibility, not a Repeat defect.

Products you removed from the form (or from the collection) will not reappear as if the old order were a snapshot of the catalogue. Repeat rebuilds from the current form plus the previous quantities where those SKUs still exist. Discontinued SKUs are a conversation with the buyer, not a hidden cart line. Keep the form’s product selection honest before you tell regulars to mash Repeat every Monday.

Do this in order

  1. Growth. No bulk form, no Repeat orders.

  2. Form On, tag visibility, block on the wholesale page.

  3. Repeat orders → Turn on.

  4. Stock + SKU/barcode search if the catalogue is long.

  5. Cart vs checkout. One tagged customer, one order from last week.

Docs: Repeat orders. CTA stays this listing.

Wrap-up

Shopify wholesale repeat a bulk order is not a bookmark to a blank grid. It is Growth Repeat orders: last quantities, stock, search, the same form price, the same draft check.

Turn it on in OO - EU B2B & Wholesale. One form, one tag, one repeat path. Let the buyer open last week instead of forty empty cells.
