Synchronizing Historical Orders and Refunds
At the moment, users cannot manually synchronize historical orders and refunds themselves. We have chosen to keep this functionality internal for now, as retroactive synchronizations can be error-prone. Issues may include duplicate entries, incorrect dates, or missing links.
We aim to provide the highest possible quality and service. That’s why we perform these retroactive synchronizations manually for you.

If you would like past orders and/or refunds to be synchronized, please contact us at:
Please include the following in your message:
The desired time period (e.g., from January 1 to March 31, 2025)
Whether it concerns orders, refunds, or both
Any additional context (such as reinstallation or changes in settings)
Once we receive your request, we will assess whether the synchronization is technically feasible. You will receive a response as soon as possible with confirmation and—if applicable—the scheduled date for the synchronization.
